“It's hit or miss, especially the crab legs. They are often over-cooked, making the shells super soft and impossible to open. Also makes the crab meat soggy. Very inconsistent and they could use someone trained in making seafood. Well-prepared crab legs would make this review atleast a 4!!! The place is nice, clean and staff is polite but the buffet food is bland and needs a re-vamp!”

“Stopped in to Union Jacks after a doctors appointment. First timer. The front window is decorated very nicely. Once I walked in, I noticed how nice the place is. The tables are laid out nicely. Very clean establishment. You seat yourself and the server was over to us promptly. I ordered the chicken sandwich and potato salad, their special for the day. It came out reasonably quick. The sandwich was actually one the best tasting I have had in a while. And the bill was very reasonable. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone.”
