Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

At the moment you enter that restaurant the personel give you a nice feeling. Very comfortable team, it is a friendly place to hang out with friends or with your date. delightful food, experienced chief cook and stuff, competitive cost and professional service. Warmly recommended.

I hope someone from corp or the GM reads these reviews. We stopped in tonight for dinner and was helped by Taylor K. I've been in this location several times and although everyone is nice. Taylor was the first to make us feel like she genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our visit. She was friendly, patient, and made sure our order (that had a few exceptions) was just right. I loved the fact that without being over the top Taylor was able to stand out as an exceptional server which made our dinner even better.

Our waiter (Cain) was wonderfully friendly & did a great job taking care of our tables. (We were a group of 11.) Our drinks were always refilled quickly & he kept the salad & breadsticks filled too. Our food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. (Including the restroom.)

Excellent service, good food, but restaurant was a bit aged and run-down. The women's restroom had the exposed water heater under the sink with rusty pipes and staining on the wall and floor around it. The rest of the place was clean and our server was EXCELLENT. We haven't been to an Olive Garden in years, the food quality seems to be slipping. Our first bowl of salad for table of 6 had only the base lettuce mix, croutons and tomatoes. No onion, olives or peppers. We noticed because two of us really like those and the rest usually pick them out and hand them to us. The second bowl was more "standard". Just feels as though they are trying to cut corners without anyone noticing.

This is a good place for decent Italian. Not super upscale but casual enough to wear jeans. Took my husband and two year old for dinner here and we had a great time. I would suggest however checking in online for a weekend dinner. The wait can be a bit long sometimes. All in all good food and child friendly, two thumbs up. The staff is also great. My two year old loved the waiter and he was fabulous, even though I know at this age they can be trying sometimes. He even put in for extra cheese on her pizza because she loved cheese. Would recommend to anyone who wants Italian.
