Fazoli's

Arion was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. She greeted us with a smile and was very upbeat. We got our food quickly and it was delicious! Her customer service was exceptional and really made our experience wonderful. I also saw how she interacted with other customers and she was consistent and her energy is very refreshing. Keep up the good work it doesn't go unnoticed.

We stop by store 5912 often, and we're always happy with the food. There is one young lady that serves us that is such a joy to see. Her name is Rebekah, and she always stops by our table to talk for a minute or two, and asks how we've been. You really need to let her know-how good of a job she has done.

Okay when needed food in a rush. I don't do much fast foods/burgers so this seemed a better option. Seemed pricier than burger joints. Was edible.

Better then I expected. The portions we generous and served hot, which often doesn’t even happen at pricier restaurants.
Flavor was a bit bland, but again I’ve been served much worse at acclaimed Italian restaurants.
The service was efficient and friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that they freshen the decor, this is no doubt an older franchise and it looks it.
