This place is fantastic! This caliber of restaurant is so needed in Des Moines. I wouldn't hesitate to take family, friends, or business associates here. It is a very impressive place. Even with limited staff when we were there, they provided excellent service. We loved the atmosphere, customer service, menu, drinks etc. It was all top notch & we felt like we were eating in a larger city. The prices were very fair for the menu - all fabulous choices. Although we didn't sit at the bar (due to Omicron), it looked very fun, We will be back, I cannot recommend this place enough. It is so great to have this place as an option in town.

This restaurant is so elegant! My husband and I were blown away by the beauty of the architecture of the hotel and restaurant. The service was amazing! Cullen was just perfect! Everything he recommended was absolutely delicious! I ordered the octopus for my appetizer , the black cod for my main entree and the peanut butter tart for dessert. Every aspect of the dinner was impeccable! There were even fun little extra surprises like an amuse-bouche of blue crab and chocolate truffle that came with the check. Those fun added details truly elevated true experience. We cannot wait to visit again!

I cannot say enough good things about this new Des Moines restaurant! The food is amazing and the service/atmosphere is top notch. We had the pleasure of having Cullen as our waiter and he made our experience one we won’t forget. We already looking forward to coming back!

Had the chance to dine both at lunch and dinner. We were blown away for both courses. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. The food was amazing. Cocktails were well crafted and highly recommend saving room for dessert!
