    Super fast service, extremely pleasant with taking our order. Overall a 5/5 for our first experience and we will definitely be back...a lot!!! Thank you so much to all of the workers, I know it cannot be easy opening up during these times.

    If you have not stopped at Steak N Shake yet you need to! It will be worth your wait?

    Great service for a burger, fries and a shake. Fed my family of 5 with shakes for everyone for $30. The manager apologized for the long wait, but i guess Iowans around the Des Moines area don’t travel much because everyday the line for this place wraps around the building and sometimes goes onto 35. Great food for the price, but not sure why everyone is so hyped about it. I had the Garlic steak burger and it was different and delicious.

    As expected on opening week the lines were long but moved very quickly given how long the line was. The food was great!! The staff was super friendly despite the fact they were slammed busy. Can't wait to go back
