Kum & Go

Good people here. Always a positive experience. Good for all things gas stations when we are in the West Des Moines/Jordan Creek/West Glenn area.

I drive for Doordash and use this gas station as a hub due to its proximity to Jordan Creek. The staff here have been nothing but wonderful. The general manager, Dustin, is an awesome manager and has cultivated an amazing environment, and it shows in the quality of his employees and customer interactions. Trey, who is the assistant manager, is also an amazing employee and always puts a smile on my face when I come in. This is by far the absolute best Kum & Go; heck, it is the best gas station in the entire Des Moines area because of the leadership and staff.

Caleb, Trey, and Nic Absolutely made my day. I had to get 6 bags of 20 pound ice for work and not and not only did they display superior customer service while being checked out but Nic was doing a fabulous job with the floor and Caleb assisted me in loading the ice. Been in customer service 29 years and it's hard to find young young men like themselves who are so good at taking care of the customer. Nice job gentlemen thank you so much.

Store was a little dirty. Cups on counter, straw wrappers on floor, iced coffee machine was filthy- sticky and covered in liquid.
Only one staff member on duty- seemed a little overwhelmed.
I found a bottle of cleaning solution and wiped up the counter and threw some refuse away.
Store needs more staff.
