“Great little food shop with local goods. Had a personal bacon cheeseburger pizza that was the best I’ve had. Caseys has nothing on this place. Easy 5 stars.”

“209 Broadway has sooo much potential, just some could get it up and going as the restaurant and bar it could be. As it is now the community just uses it found raisers.”

“I love the food and staff at Rumors. Probably one of my most visited restaurants. Waitresses are busy but good at what they do. Chelsey and Ashley are a hoot as always and Aimee is super friendly and chill. Definitely recommend eating here if you have or haven't already, it never disappoints! Also, food is very reasonably priced and you should not leave hungry! Just make sure to bring cash or check as there is not option for debit/credit cards ?”

“The service was quick. The salsa and chips were rather ordinary but our entrees more than made up for that. Delish. The interior decor was fun and colorful blending Iowa and Mexico. We will return. ???”

“The small town of Mt. Ayr harbors a secret to which only the wandering or the lost are privvy. Jamie's is a groovy little knot-in-the-wall off the beaten path offering inexpensive dining and a caffeine menu to rival big city hot spots. Very quaint, clean nostalgic atmosphere of vintage collections and clever decor. Forgotten pieces of home that everyone should recognize. It's a display of grassroots Iowa like only Iowans know it. Fair prices. Sweet people filling up the cups. #ShopLocal”
