“I give the people that work here 5 stars because they are doing their best to work low staffed and shortage of key menu items. But also they working with food that is not as good as it once was and that is the main reason for the 3 stars. It is not isolated to just this location as I have been to 2 others and from my experience all them do not have the food quality that Captain D's once had.”

“If I could I would give this deli 20 stars, This is literally my favorite eatery in America. I have been coming here for 15 years and the food has never let me down. I cannot recommend great plains enough! If you are traveling through town make sure to stop and get a amazingly well priced and huge sandwitch you will not regret it! UPDATE 01-10-19 Still my favorite place in America! Will give another update in one year.”
