Baby back ribs and beef brisket was really good, soft not chewy. Only has 4 beers on tap =(

The Bacon Peanut butter burger was really good and my mom loved it too.

I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday to try the Bacon Peanut Butter Burger that was recommended by a friend. My burger was cooked to perfection and I didn't have to ask for it to be prepared a certain way. I have never heard of a peanut butter burger and definitely never heard of putting pepper jelly on one either! Much to my surprise, the burger with peanut butter and pepper jelly was fantastic. Now, don't get me wrong, is it for everyone? I doubt it and would I try it again with peanut butter and pepper jelly? Probably not, but I did enjoy it. I think the burger along was great, and the additional condiments were nice complements if you wanted to try something out of the box. This is a gourmet burger and not a greasy burger.

I had the brisket plate with white cheddar mac & cheese and I was impressed. Not the best ever but a solid 8.5-9.0 in my opinion. Service was great and the convenience of having the restaurant, hotel, and casino all-in-one makes Two Brothers Mining Co. a 5 star rating for me.
