“We've always loved McAlisters and this is our home restaurant. We've had issues with our carryout order the past two times we've been, which is really upsetting as we previously didn't have an issues. I didn't mention the first time as it happens we get that. Tonight our offer wasn't complete. We ordered 2 kids meals and didn't receive the side item. Did the kids meals change because they also used to receive Graham cracker cookies with their meals. We didn't receive pickles with our orders after selecting them to be included. I hope that our next visit is better.”

“This location is always SO slow. I'm not sure if they are understaffed most days or if the problem lies within cooking times. Today took a long time as usual. The female manager looked at 3 of us standing at the counter to place an order multiple times and never once made the effort to smile and kindly ask us to wait or to come place our orders. I will say that everytime I come in, my food is hot and 9/10 times correct.”

“Matt is exceptional. Not only is his food nutritious, interesting and filling, but he takes the time to hear what you like and what you need. I had an incredibly busy schedule as a single mom and with basically 3 full time jobs. I had no energy to feed myself, and was barely feeding my child appropriately. I found Matt's info and after 1 week of his meals, my energy levels were back up, I had time to eat better outside of what he made for me, and it just made life better. I reccomend his service to everyone I know!!!”

“So usually this place is pretty good. The dine in is at least. I recently placed an order for pick up. I should have checked before leaving. My tenders weren’t hot and fresh (I can deal with it), they completely forgot one of my sides that I ordered, plus I asked for a couple things to be left off my side salad. Thankful they were just dislikes and not allergies or it would have been really bad. I was super disappointed...”

“Good food, Friendly service, the only problem I had was when i went today the cashier didn't change or sanitizer her gloves between cars. Which means if any car before me had someone sick, or a carrier the cashier just spread any illness to others. "Cross contamination" don't feel bad I will write the same thing if see it at other restaurants.”

The toilets do not flush fully, my glass sat empty for half my meal (which I only ate part of because they did not make it right), and then when we asked for a to-go box the lady went from sweeping to grabbing the box. “This location features a number of pleasant features such as; 2 self ordering stations, 2 traditional ordering stations, spacious lobby and plenty of seating. The location is close to K-10 and 59 highway, so it is a convenient choice for any direction you are driving. I ordered a breakfast meal and my order was delivered within 7 minutes or placing my order at the self service station. My order was correct, hot and tasted as I expected. There were not many people inside or going through the drive-thru. The only complaints that I have is that they may want to consider putting sanitary wipes at the self ordering stations as well as expanding their entrance and exit.”

“What more can you say: it's Arby's, they've got all the meats. They've also got one heck of an excellent marketing team. The food is generally consistent, though they have made quite a number of changes over the years (good bye, hot ham and cheese sandwich, hello ham and cheese slider for the same cost...). They are more expensive than your regular fast food joint, but in my opinion they are also better than the golden arches.”

“Burgers were better than expected; the ones my family got were all pretty good and moderately sized, not huge or small. Plenty of choices for sides. The pretzels and cheese sauce were pretty good too. The jalapeno popper burger was legitimately great. Great choices as far as beer goes. Maybe a little pricey for what you get, but still pretty decent food. Not a huge place. Already prefer it over Burgerim, which used to be in the same place.”
