Big Smoke Barbecue

So I’m driving across country from LA to Detroit and stopped by here. I am posting this after I’ve had bbq from some big places particularly, Pappys smokehouse in St Louis; a top rated bbq joint in the US. Not even from my opinion but make your own, Bog smoke’s brisket and burnt ends, slaughters the competition.

Big smokes Bbq brisket is possibly by far and large the best damn bbq I’ve ever had, seen, or smelled.

I hope the dude who cooked that brisket knows his is better than the nationally rated.

I hope to come by this place again but it may be a while.

I love this place was so good all ways. The servant was nice and talked with me and the BBQ was so easy to eat and good. And a delicious milkshake for dessert did it make it worse even it was big for drinking it immediately I just took it with me for further driving.

Just stopped in randomly with no recommendations but I will definitely be recommending this spot to others. Kaylie was an excellent server, the food was AMAZING, and the atmosphere was very welcoming

Was traveling I-70 in search for a good BBQ place to stop. Definitely found it at Big Smoke Barbecue! The service was great, they greeted us and got our order quickly, food was out in about 5 minutes. The food was amazing! The brisket and burnt ends were melt-in-your-mouth and had good flavor to it even without the sauces they provided! The pork rinds were very fluffy and were a great way to sample the sauces too. We were able to take some leftovers to-go with us as we continued our road-trip, staff was very kind and offered extra pork rinds and drinks to-go so we had snacks for the road. Definitely worth the trip from the highway, very cute downtown location made it a wonder stop!

Stopped here on my way driving across Kansas :) The free (warm and crunchy) pork rinds were a surprise treat! All the bbq and sides were delicious. Glad I stopped here!
