The Pizza Man

Had the Italian beef today, which is National Italian Beef Day. It was incredible. Will definitely be back for more.

Italian beef was pretty good and I like that they give you the jeu on the side. Wasn't impressed with the pizza. Had a combo and the veggie. I love olives, but a 25:1 olive to anything else ratio is a bit much. No one would eat it. Probably stick to the sandwiches and dogs if I ever go back.

First time visit rating. This place is awesome! Pizza and Vienna hot dogs. Yummy. Prices are terrific too. A hidden gem. Try it and tell em Ryan from Top Hat recommends the place.

I am from "The Region", which refers to Chicago and NW Indiana. It was hard finding certain foods that lived up to my regional standards. I was ecstatic when I found The Pizza Man because their Italian Beef sandwiches were authentically Chicagoan. They order their meat and bread directly from Chicago! I have met many people in the KC area from The Region and every referral was returned with a thank you.

I have eaten here with co-workers for lunch a good number of times over the last twelve to thirteen years. The have a good menu for lunch and the food does not disappoint ever. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a good solid place to go for good food with good friends or by yourself.
