CAVA

The food options were great, the lemonades were amazing, and the staff was friendly! It's like Chipotle in the sense of picking either a handheld pita or a bowl with a rice option and/or a greens option. I loved the meats and toppings here. Everything was refreshing and seasoned well. I would love to see a CAVA location in downtown KC soon!

today was my second time going and they definitely seemed short-staffed and unable to keep up with the lunch rush. i ordered in-store, but i overheard people discussing their waits for online orders… one woman said she had been waiting in-store for over an hour 😅 so i would highly recommend just ordering in store if you can! the employees are super kind even though they seemed overwhelmed.

Just went to CAVA for my first time. WOW. 1000% highly recommend. Employees were very friendly and food tastes amazing! It’s unique, fresh, healthy and fast! Portion sizes are generous and they even have wonderful fresh squeezed juices. This picture was taken after I dove into my food!

FINALLY in KC. Absolutely love this place, their menu, and location here and by Oak Park Mall. While it's by no means exactly authentic Mediterranean, as a fast casual it dominates the competition haha. If you take advantage of the unlimited veggie toppings and always use the to-go bowl (even if you dine in) you'll be blown away by their portions. Also have a really incredible beverage selection with some healthy and unique juices/tea and also an off brand soda selection. Highly recommend for gym goers like myself
