I ordered a charcuterie board for a Halloween party and it was amazing! The board was beautiful and the selections included were delicious. We were so ready to dig in, I didn't even get a picture, it looked so good. I was also able to try the pimento cheese and as a displaced southerner, it was like I was home, eating my mom's tasty pimento cheese. We will definitely order from Sage Bites again!

Micah Wickstrom provides a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. She is an artist, and it shows, in her magnificent "spreads" of carefully selected foods just right for your special party. My husband and I chose Micah to cater our baby shower and we are so glad we did! She created the perfect harvest table for our baby books theme. She is highly recommended!

I booked Sage Bites for my sister's bridal shower and it was perfect! I didn't realize food could be beautiful until I saw what Micah put together. I told her the theme for the shower was greenery with gold accents and she was able to create a perfect food design and thought of every detail, like honeycomb with gold on top and little gold chocolate pieces with the berries and nuts. Not only was the food display stunning, but it was DELICIOUS. Everyone was asking where the fruits and produce had come from, and raved about the blueberry goat cheese spread and the pimento cheese spread in the croissants. Everyone was amazed by the food and I received so many compliments on the shower because of it. I cannot recommend Sage Bites enough!
