It's a great common hall with space for six or so micro-restaurants to go into it. It gives a lot of freedom of choice for chefs to flex their talents and try some interesting dishes.
It's a bit high-end right now, but with it being so new its definitely trying to pull in the dollars and is understandable. It definitely helps Old OP keep a sense of community.
Nice and Different interior. 5 or more vendors, featuring pizza, sushi and many other food fares . It seems that there are Many Ways to cook a hamburger !
Lots of spread out seating inside and outside. Mixed drinks were expensive, but beers appeared to be affordable.
My wife described it as an Upscale Fast Food place . Tastes were definitely Upscale from your typical fast food .
Don't pass up the Chocolate Malt , Surprisingly more chocolate than most !
A Good addition to the Overland Park restaurant scene.
The atmosphere is fun with the open seating, outdoor areas, downtown OP, and the new park nearby. My food quality and flavor was a step above your average restraunt, but nothing too over the top fancy. Only slight downside I saw is that prices are a little on the high side for my typical meal out ($15-$25 range per meal with tax), which will make this a more occasional visit for me. That said, I had a great experience, and will for sure be back.
The staff is very attentive in a place where it may see a little overwhelming buy the many choices this place offers. I had the local beer and chicken wings. Both of the sauces it came with were both very tasty. The outside patio/seating are is plenty comfortable. Highly recommend this place for groups.
Great food, great service, excellent atmosphere! My family and I tried dishes from several (but not all) of the establishments under one roof. It's like the coolest, upscale food court (without bringing to mind the grimy food court of a mall).
The spicy fried chicken sandwich from the American style establishment was excellent! It came with some very good seasoned fries. Unfortunately they were out of wings or I would have devoured some of those.
I also sampled some of the Asian dishes. Stir fry noodles with crispy pork belly was my favorite, which went well with the mint tea or the Asian inspired iced coffee drink.
Overall I would recommend any and all of the places here! Beware, it's busy on a weekend evening, but none in our party waited long for an order.
