Viona’s Italian Bistro

This is the second time we've been to Viona's and it's such a nice restaurant. The food is really good and the menu is large. The wait staff is so polite and welcoming. Desserts are awesome!

Absolutely amazing food. It’s like the most delicious Italian food I’ve ever had. The service is amazing too. The owner Benny is super nice guy. Door dash forgot a couple things we ordered and the owner Benny delivered them himself to our door along with a gigantic slice of homemade chocolate cake for the inconvenience that wasn’t his fault. Thank you for the great service!

I only have room for 2 favorite Italian restaurants. This is now one of them! Good food, great portions, friendly staff, fantastic prices.
I picked up dinner for 6 for about $50 and it was top notch.

Where to begin... They knocked it out of the park! The quality of the food is top notch and portions are great for the price.

We started it all off with a delicious, tangy caesar salad topped off with some crispy, buttery croutons. I went with the Chicken Parmigiana which was a large portion of spaghetti topped with a tender, yet crisp chicken cutlet and an ooey gooey cheese. Would recommend!

The lady went with the Chicken Picatta that was "delicious and reasonable!" I think that's another go to now.

Oh, and the pizzas are great too! The small will easily feed two, maybe three people depending on how hungry they are. The crust is thin and crispy with just the right sauce to cheese ratio. They make a mean white pizza!

Update: Get the tiramisu for dessert! Fantastic!

What a great new addition to downtown old Overland Park! This is an authentic Italian restaurant with amazing food and atmosphere. The service was superb and the owner even comes out to check and make sure everything is OK. It is a great place for a romantic dinner, a get together with family (very kid friendly) or a casual evening with friends. They have a fantastic daily lunch special for $8.95 that includes salad and roll. Mirs was our server and he is super friendly with great suggestions. I highly recommend the cosmo on the rocks. They also offer carry out and delivery. This will definitely become a regular for my family.
