It's surprising that I'm surprised that Starbucks gets this right, but other locations have raised prices and don't get orders correct. Sure, they will make it right, if you are standing in the store but there is No way to make it right once I pickup and leave a store when traveling or in my home territory. Most of my customers are starting to request treats from other places that offer more accurate service. My order history reflects this... However, This store Did everything correctly. Well done.”

“Love the atmosphere. I always stop in on my way to work or before running errands so I never get to sit and hang out but the atmosphere is perfect for spending all day there. I LOVE the quality and taste of their beverages. Iced vanilla latte is my go to and it just tastes way more real and delicious than the other place. Y’all know who I’m talking about. Can’t beat the fair prices and again staff is great. Atmosphere is great. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in the KC area.”

“It’s that good! While in Overland Park forca two week stay my colleagues and I kept coming back to this gem. It’s noisy as usually crowded but the reason is it’s got great food and atmosphere. All the wait staff is efficient and professional. The managers were all attentive as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if I’m ever in the area.”
