“This restaurant is a fun and delicious surprise find. The people are so nice and attentive. I'm not normally a buffet kind of girl but this has a very clean and tasty bufett with many good choices. The Kansas Korma is their version of a mixed vegetable korma and it might possibly be the best thing I have ever eaten...so buttery and creamy. Great food and service. Tandoori chicken was great. The environment was really nice. Lots of variety of food.”

“Absolutely the best Korean BBQ in this part of the country! My wife and I hadn't had a true Korean BBQ in ages and for many years, Korean BBQ was a very hard thing to come by. When we saw Chosun (on the map) on a trip through Kansas though, we had to take the hour drive to KC and check it out. Boy were we not disappointed; the exact opposite! While the prices on the menu may seem a little bit more in the $$ range, you get what you pay for and more... huge BBQ item servings that will leave you filled - with leftovers at the end! In fact, we were so stuffed, I don't recall even eating dinner that evening. So, if you love Korean BBQ or just want to try something new, Chosun is it - so good!!! Expert tip: Use separate chopsticks when cooking raw meat... and if you're still not sure how to do it, the kind servers will very much help you out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!”

“Love the atmosphere. I always stop in on my way to work or before running errands so I never get to sit and hang out but the atmosphere is perfect for spending all day there. I LOVE the quality and taste of their beverages. Iced vanilla latte is my go to and it just tastes way more real and delicious than the other place. Y’all know who I’m talking about. Can’t beat the fair prices and again staff is great. Atmosphere is great. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in the KC area.”

“Absolutely delicious Korean-style fried lemon pepper chicken top with green onions in a white sauce. The Porsches that are provided are phenomenal and almost enough to split with two people. The cold so I was the freshest that I have tasted in a long time! This was my first visit to CM Chicken and will not be my last! the owner personally came out to greet us, answer any and all questions we had about the menu and the items on the menu, and also recommended the lemon pepper chicken topped with green onions soaked in a white cream sauce that was freshly made personally by him, which I had and was absolutely delicious! This was my first time visiting CM Chicken, but definitely will not be my last ????”

“Boatload of fun and food and drink that won't kill you! I'm not there to eat so it's okay that I'm not that impressed with their food. And the drinks can get you drunk so that's pretty cool. I enjoy the basketball connect-four the most of all their games. Clean and VERY nice looking place, huge so it's impressive that they maintain it so well. The staff is great and I've never had any problems in about 10 visits. Thanks guys!”

“I’ll rate this in three ways. Food, Service, and Aesthetics. Food: 5 Stars Reason: The food was excellent. Hard to find a place that serves a good variety of chicken that all taste good. If you’re looking for a suggestion, I’d encourage you to order the Soy Garlic chicken. It’s a perfect balance of all flavors. If you’re looking for something sweeter, Honey garlic may be in your liking. Service: 3.5 Stars Reason: Wait is long, but it’s also opening day, so the place is packed. I’d assume after a few days the work flow will improve greatly so I won’t judge them to hard on it. Aesthetics: 5 Stars Reason: The place is visually appealing, being not too bright nor dark. The designs are clean and modern blending well with its Sushi and chicken cuisine. It remain on the clean side as far as restaurants go, and wouldn’t give me any concerns over how sanitary the dishes in using are, or how clean the food is. Overall: 4.5 Stars Reasoning: Although they do excellent food and aesthetics, their service is a bit iffy, but I won’t hold it against them because they haven’t yet got into the motions. In summary, this restaurant is definitely a place I plan on returning to for Chicken, and sometime soon.”

I do have a concern though has some of the seats in the booths are completely ripped open and white fuzzy stuffing is half way out. Why not spend the money to get new booth seats or repair them if at all possible? If it weren’t for the torn up seating, this place would definitely get a 5 star.”

The line went really fast and apparently the drive thru even faster with two people taking orders out there. I asked about a discount for military and was extremely surprised! “This is absolutely the neighborhood bar around here. You walk in and they know your name, know your drink, know your food! Wow! We know the people and they know us. It’s such a friendly place, great service and food! We were in town for the championship game and had made reservations because there were 14 of us. Seated quickly upon arriving, our server was great and the drinks were fast. Apps were very good and are large enough for sharing. Great selection of many different types of entrees. “It’s that good! While in Overland Park forca two week stay my colleagues and I kept coming back to this gem. It’s noisy as usually crowded but the reason is it’s got great food and atmosphere. All the wait staff is efficient and professional. The managers were all attentive as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if I’m ever in the area.”
