The food was fantastic! They have been super busy so there might be a wait. The seating also feels a little limited but that might just be because they were busy. I really liked the salsa that comes with the chips and salsa, my tacos were delicious, and the folks that were there working were also very respectful and pleasant. We went with three people, cost around 35 bucks. Room for improvement but still a 5 star experience in my opinion. Check them out!
We ordered online for pick up. No issues. A little pricey but it is what it is. One of our side of beans was missing. Again, it is what it is. I have been waiting to try Quesabirria and either it's disgusting all together or it's just theirs, but that was an epic fail. The elota was more of a dip then something you eat as a side (what I use to) honestly the best tasting item was the salsa, and I wouldn't return just for Salsa. It was worth a try but I won't be back.
Stopped in for lunch during their soft opening and will definitely be back. They were pretty busy so we had to sit at the bar-area. There are a few tables to seat parties of 4 but most of the seating inside is bar-style. The two tacos I ordered were flavorful and tasty but the real star for me was the guacamole. The menu is quite extensive and many items to try at future visits.
I did wait 40 minutes in person for my to go order BUT the food was amazing. The burritos were huge. They loaded the fries up. It was well worth the wait. The staff was super kind to me while I waited and even gave me 2 free drinks. I hold no negative vibes towards them as the whole experience was actually quite nice and refreshing compared to other "upscale" Mexican food places. I hope they stay this time rather than closing like the 2016 lenexa location.
