“TL;DR: Do not purchase "egift cards" for BWW as you are REQUIRED to bring them in person to pay. You cannot pay using them online or over the phone nor can you use them to purchase physical gift cards to avoiding doing so again in the future. Full story: So we are doing everything we can to reduce our covid footprint. A few weeks back, we received a BWW egift card for $50. We went online to order deliver and use the card, but there isn't any way to plug it in as a payment. So I call and they say you MUST come in to use the egift card. I'm not happy about it, but I do. While I'm there I think I could just pay for the meal and buy another actual $50 gift card so next time I wouldn't have to come back in, again reducing covid footprint, since our meal was only $26. First woman doesn't know how to do it so she goes and gets the manager, Bridget, who starts to ring it up, but then when I go to pay, says "You can't buy a gift card with an egift card". She said it use to let them do that but not anymore. I go back and forth for a bit and then ask if I could get the email to file a complaint because, part of it is she isn't responsible for corporate policy, and if that's what is going on, then corporate needs to get their stuff together and get this fixed. She doesn't have the email nor does she try to find it for me and just tells me to go look it up on the website. So I don't think it was handled super well and I think BWW corporate needs to either accept egift cards online as a payment OR allow a customer to swap them out for real, physical gift cards so people don't have to risk getting or giving Covid. I dislike leaving poor reviews, but I also loathe idiotic rules that make no sense.”

ALSO every day there are daily specials that are just available for that day. You can also arrange for special birthday or anniversary dinners thatthey can have set up ahead of time for the right number of people . I enjoy the various salmon entres that are available . “If you are looking for delicious food and a nice atmosphere this is the place! It's out of the way but worth the drive. The lasagna was amazing and the presentation was superb. Being from Kansas there isn't much opportunity for "fine dining" but this cafe meets my mark!!! Everything was hot, fresh and made to order and although my partner and I don't drink, they have a large wine selection. Go indulge in some amazing food!!!!”
