“Great customer service! Everyone is always super friendly and answers any questions I have and suggests things they think I might enjoy! Using their kiosk is super easy and I always get my food quickly even when there is a line I can tell my food is fresh. Their design is definitely my favorite as well it’s just so bright and cheery unlike other locations. You can tell their employees are always doing the best they can to take care of everything as promptly as possible! Will definitely be going again soon!”

“Nice and array of healthy and flavorful smoothie as well as snack options. Clean design and organized appearance. Our drinks were made quickly and tasted great. The floor was a bit dirty. This is the second time I've been to this location. Both times the staff members have not been personable. They make smoothies well, but they did not greet me once or ask how we liked our smoothies. They stood silently, waiting for an order and disappeared to the back kitchen after serving us. They came back out before we left, but we walked out without so much as a thank you. I am not a needy customer and I got what I wanted. But it would greatly improve the atmosphere to step it up and be friendlier. Customers are people too. We like to be appreciated for our business. A couple smiles would help too.”

“On Thursday February 27 my husband and I went to Subway on Madison Avenue in Derby Ks. about 7:30 p.m.We were served by Ty (Jones I think.) He very pleasantly informed us that he was sorry but the store was out of bread. He said they still had flat bread, wraps, salads and two sliders which we took. After us two other gentlemen came in one ordered one left. But Ty treated them both with the same pleasant and respectable attitude.”
