Public at the Brickyard

Get the Public Smash if you can drink alcohol. It was amazing. I recommend going just for that, but they also have great food, especially the chicken and waffles. They were excellent. Service was great as well, and looks like they have some nice soft seating in front of the big screen TV. Would definitely go back.

Had a great lunch with some lab colleagues - food and service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very relaxed. For being in Old Town, the prices were fairly reasonable... especially for the pizzas!

The food was good, and the service was great. The portion size is kind of crazy for the grilled cheese sandwich. It's big enough to feed 2 people.

What a wonderful brunch experience we had at Public. The food, farm to table, was outstanding and the service was top notch. I can’t recommend Public enough for brunch. Their brunch menu is pretty limited but if everything is as good as what we had today you can’t go wrong.

We started with a Bloody Mary, Coffee and their version of a nitro cold brew. All excellent.

For entrees we went with the all American breakfast which comes with eggs, bacon, grits and toast with fresh butter and Jam. The butter and jam were delicious as was everything else on the plate. We also went with their version of steak and eggs. Wow! The steak was melt in your mouth tender, potatoes cooked to perfection and the sauce that covered it all was mind blowing good.

Like a I said earlier, a wonderful brunch experience. Well done Public!
