Their pork belly is to die for! I usually get a simple veggie ramen no matter where I go, but my friend highly recommended the pork belly and it was such a great choice. The meat is so thick, tender, and perfectly charred. The price is great for how good the slices of meat are, and its all around a great place to eat. Our waitress was so sweet and funny too, and I felt at home. Thanks Reagan for recommending Sakura to me!

Pork belly was the best I ever had. The way they treat the meat with respect shows in the taste.
However, Ramen was not great. The Tonkotsu broth was not meaty, the use of corn and carrots didn’t help the flavors.

Best ramen in town! The pork belly is thicker than you’d get at other places, and their fried rice is also absolutely delicious The wait is definitely worth it.

The food is always fresh and delicious everytime we go. Hands down the best ramen in Wichita! Service is always friendly and welcoming but can be slow at times so be patient. If you're going for dinner I recommend showing up no later than an hour before closing.
