Sapporo japanese sushi restaurant

Sushi was great and the rolls were huge! A quieter setting that would be best for date or smaller group. We had 6 people and felt we were too large for the restaurant with how quiet the setting was - we felt like we were roaring over the soft piano music. Service was good and quick. Good variety of food and beer.

Have you ever craved sushi and Thai? Look no further because you can both here. I normally stop here once every couple of months. The sushi itself is good, but not great. I would give it four stars. The owner herself is amazing, and keeps this place going. For the most part, restaurant is always busy when I come not due to poor service, but rather the locals like it. Keep this place in perspective as it is located in Kansas.

I had a great dinner together with my friends at Sapporo. Sushi was delicious and freshly made... there was a big variety to choose from. We got mixed platter of raw and cooked special rolls. Staff was superb, fast, attentive and fun... they were joking with us the whole time :)

Amazing atmosphere, jazz music, fresh ingredients and fantastic prices. The staff are friendly and personable, and the chef is the best in town! The plating pits the art in culinary art. You HAVE to check this place out. They cater, deliver, and makes a great place for date nights. Better than Wasabi's HANDS DOWN. Food was so good I forgot to take pictures of it all before it was all eaten!

One of my favorite sushi places. And definite favorite on the east side. Super friendly staff. Beautiful modern place, perfect for dates or special occasions. And literally the best ginger salad I've ever had. I'm a huge ginger dressing fan, but instead of a measly iceberg mess you get a large lovely salad of romaine! I would come just for the salad alone haha. The sushi is wonderful. Quality and the plating is beautiful.
