“This was my first time in here and as we walked in I noticed a big crowd on a Tuesday evening. We were not greeted by any of the staff and we figured we have to go get seated. We were waiting more than 20 minuets for someone to come help us. They only had about two waitresses for a busy night. Waitress was very polite and did a really good job. It seemed like most of the people there were either usual customers or knew the owners. They were very loud and being a huge distraction. Prices were fair and hookah was pretty good. I appreciate the fact that our waitress always came by and changed the charcoal and asked how we were doing. We were not impressed by the very loud and disturbing atmosphere.”

“This was my first visit to any Japanese restaurant and Sumo by Nambara gave me a great experience and taste of authentic food. The entrance lobby is spacious and the service was superb. The staff was attentive and courteous. The interior is bit crammed but the seating was comfortable. The person who attended us and served food also cooked it right in front of us by entertaining with fire tricks. This was a memorable experience.”
