“Super friendly staff and very attentive. Since I was new there, the owner was kind enough to warn me that double apple was fairly strong on the anise flavoring. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but I can see why some people may not like it and it's nice to know that the entrepreneur wants their clients to have an enjoyable experience instead of just taking their money. Fresh coals were brought out on the regular and old ash was blown from the foil when the coals were changed. There were people from all walks of life here having a good time - this is a great place to go.”

“This is our go to place for fried catfish. Always great service. Dined there twice in 2 weeks and still the best. We always get the fish dinner which includes a good portion of fish ( they use cornmeal and not batter and it's not greasy like other places). Also plenty of home cut fries and excellent hushpuppies. Not a fan of their coleslaw as they use so much pepper you can't eat it unless you like pepper. They also have excellent cobbler and the portion I think is large. We always share it.”

“I came in for lunch, and while the line was long, it moved very quickly. My food was ready soon after, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t thrown together in a mess, but actually a well-made sandwich. The smoked turkey club was excellent, with crispy bacon, fresh cold lettuce, and tender turkey. The beef vegetable soup was also excellent, served hot and filled with chunky beef and veggies. About $11 for a sandwich, soup and drink seemed fair considering the quality. Restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I’d visit again.”

“Best meal prep company I have found and it's not even close. Across the board Geo Meals excels. The meals taste incredible and they have a good variety in meals. The major things that separate Geo Meals from others for me though are: Taste: The meals taste incredible. Some meal prep companies taste like TV dinners, or whatever. Every single meal I have had with Geo Meals have been amazing. I don't even like sweet potatoes, but I will crave the sweet potatoes in some of these meals. Pricing: The pricing is better than anywhere else I looked. Additionally, a huge difference is that with many companies, if you order say 24 meals, you're actually only getting 3 different meals. You just get 8 of each of those 3 meals. With Geo Meals I do the 21 meal package and I can order 21 completely different meals. Customer Service: Straight up they have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not with meal prep companies... best customer service period. I just had an experience where FedEx left my meals in a warehouse and delivered them 4 days late. Meals arrived and weren't any good. Geo Meals sent another order over night at no cost to me. They've also been incredibly responsive to emails. When I first signed up I sent an email, it was literally replied to within 1 minute and I sent it at 9:30PM. A second time I emailed them, I again got a response a single minute later. Their customer service is unbelievable. Going with Geo Meals has been the single best decision I have made with regards to improving my diet/health. I'm going to be a lifetime customer.”

So last time I ordered three baker's dozens bagels. I asked for hand- sliced so we can get them evenly sliced, so they would go in the toaster easily; and we would not have to slice them again at home while we have a large gathering. The slicing by hand was worse. The majority of the bagels had one part that is 1/4 inch thick! It's felt like a lesson to not order hand-sliced because that takes too much time ????”

“I cannot tell you how in love with this place I am my husband and I were there in Wichita with our two children on some business and decided to eat their we loved it so much we ate there three times! Everything we ate tasted super and the service was excellent they even had cheese, crackers, and grapes brought out to the children ahead of time as well as a child friendly menu and Crayola crayons. Their oysters were fresh, their Seafood was delightful. The different ingredients used really complement the pallet! We even had a dessert sampler and every dessert on the plate was amazing. We also had cocktails which were just right. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Seafood! me My husband and I are originally from the east coast and it was so nice to find a good seafood place in Kansas!”

“Staff was being very polite and welcoming at the entrance. They managed the large crowd very efficiently. The wait time was very short. It was fascinating to see almost everything in the restaurant was made locally. We indulged some fresh squeezed orange juice while going through our options on the menu. There were so many healthy and fresh options as well as some all time favorites like biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash and pancakes. I settled with corned beef hash, which was probably the best I have had for a while. Our server was very courteous; made sure we were content with the service all throughout our dining experience. “This is a great place for pastries, and desserts. For breakfast, the french toast is amazing. It comes with carmel syrup, and a side of strawberries in a whipped cream/cream cheese little dish. We didn't have lunch here, but I'm sure it's really good. You can grab a fresh loaf of bread, too. There are many types to choose from. It all looks delicious! I didn't give 5 stars, because their coffee is just average. They do have a nice choice of no sugar syrup options. Grab breakfast, and sit by the fire!”
