“We had driven by a few times and had decided to come in. Never had been here and were pleasantly impressed! The level of service was very high, we were greeted at the door and checked on multiple times throughout our meal. The chicken was delicious and much larger portions then you get at most places (looking at you KFC) and the sides were like you'd give your self at the family cookout! The facilities were also clean. 10/5 stars.”

“My wife and I were on the West Side today and stopped in for the first time. The girl working the front, I believe her name is Kristie, was very casual and friendly. The bar and dining areas were very clean and welcoming. Even the bathroom was clean...refreshing to see in a bar/grill. I ordered the Reuben with jalapenos and fries and my wife ordered the BLT and fries. The plates arrived and I was VERY pleased with the portion and presentation. Hey Chef, you knocked it out of the park. Also, they chop their fries in the store. Another surprise, yea!!! The sandwiches (I had to assist my wife with 1/2 of her BLT - rough but someone had to do it) were phenomenal and the fries were absolutely a dream come true and reminiscent of days gone by. WOW! Any time I am in Wichita on the West Side, I willingly accept my American responsibility of getting great food from here. Thank you, Thank you!”

“Several of my friends recommended this place. I got together with my best friend to try it out. I have only been here once, so I acknowledge that it may have just been a bad day or to late in the day, but I found them just average. We came in the evening as they were cleaning up from the dinner rush. We were the only customers there. The burrito was very greasy and kind of bland. Everyone had said thier tacos were the bomb so I ordered a CARNITAS taco, hold the cilantro, to go with it. They gave me a pretty decent looking CARNE ASADA taco covered with ALOT of cilantro. When I told another lady that I had the wrong taco she said she would make me another one, but couldn't make it without cilantro because it was already mixed with the onions. The new taco had less than half the meat on it and was pretty dry. I found the condiment cart (which had onions WITHOUT cilantro), added extra hot sauce, carrots and jalapenos to the burrito and taco. I also picked off about 70% of the cilantro. That made them taste pretty decent. Since they didn't take the wrong taco away, I picked most of the cilantro off and dressed it up as well. I will see how it tastes for lunch tomorrow. I always like to taste my food before adding seasonings to it. I've always said sauce should enhance flavor, not provide it. If your food needs it to be edible, its not cooked right. That being said the extra hot was very good and after adding it, jalapenos and carrots, the food was fine. I don't expect I will drive across town just to eat there again, but if a group of friends wants to go in the future, I would be OK with it.”

“I have been traveling to Wichita and staying right down the street for over ten years. I don’t know how I’ve not tried this place before. I looked up Best burgers in Wichita and these guys had the best reviews. The staff was nice and prompt. The burger I got was excellent. The homemade potato fries were about the best I every tried. Lots of locals playing pool and hanging out. The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking. I recommend you go here if you get a chance. I believe this to be the best burger I’ve tried in Wichita.”

“Found this place by chance while my pregnant wife was craving a decent burger on a side of town we weren't familiar with. Staff was friendly and fun. Menu is pretty standard for a whole in the wall sort of venue but the food was superb. I had my wife ask me about 4 days later if we could come back here and indulge in another one of there juicy burgers. Low key though, tell only your friends because seating is a little cramped but strangely comfortable. Drive thru is recommended at this one.”

“Really enjoyed Bella vita, had only heard good things and it definitely lived up to the hype. The pasta was fantastic the vodka sauce was absolutely delicious, and I loved the presentation of the salad and the dressing was a house made balsamic that was quite tasty! We also had the fried mozzarella appetizer and it was cooked perfectly! The bread and oil was complimentary and the baguette was warm and fresh! I would definitely recommend Bella vita to anyone wants a nicer Italian restaurant!”

The bisquits were like dessert. We had no room for desserts on the menu, so may have to come back for that. I had the lamb shank and my husband had the beef mignon(?) But today their drive up microphone was broken, and they placed a sign on there, but the employees asked you to pull up repeatedly and say "If you're speaking, I can't hear you." I needed to look at the menu, but they apparently didn't understand that. I ordered the new strawberry mango salad and was pretty disappointed with the lettuce in the salad. It was very poor quality lettuce. The strawberries and mangoes and chicken were all fine though. ”
