I understand with COVID everyone is short staffed but it was like a free for all here. I had 3 waitresses for our table. Drinks alone took at least 15 minutes then they didnt even ask us to order for another 15 after that and waited on the food for probably another 20 minites or longer. The food itself is the reason it got 3 stars. One of our servers was amazing. She was helpful not overbearing and a lot of fun. Then there was one woman that never served our table but gave us the check and then 10 minutes later stomps over flapping her arms and rudely said "can you at least pay for your stuff so I can close my register?" We did not know she was waiting on us we thought she was coming back for the payment. COVID is not a valid reason to be rude to customers.

These pancakes are the best I have ever had. Don't bother going to Hanover House; it's high priced and overrated. I had to switch chairs because condensation from the AC dripped on my head through a hole in the ceiling, but I didn't mind. We didn't get napkins. But the service is always good.

Great service, Our food was delicious, well prepared. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was very clean, no loud overhead music, room temp was just right. A very pleasant meal.

There usually isn't a wait and their food is delicious. The cooks and others like to yell at each other and the menu was dirty, also I got a big plate but my dad got an extremely small one. But once again no wait delicious food, super nice people. If you tell them they did something wrong they immediately ask on how they could fix it. I'd say the prices are perfect, not too expensive not too cheap that it'll make u think it's bad food.
