(August 18, 2020, 4:50 am)I ordered online (2 hours out)and showed up about 20 minutes later than I initially set on my pick list.. and upon entering the store for pickup I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food to be packed to order even with the extra 20 minutes added to the 2 hour pick up. This was a holiday, and staff was over all friendly but didn't seem prepared or appropriately staffed considering the circumstances. Food was great as always, though.

(March 9, 2020, 3:33 am)KFC was having some problems when we stopped by. There was a complete run on the place, drive through was full. At the same time 2 employees didn't show and one walked out so... they were out of chicken. A lady before me yelled at the person in charge who was nearly in tears. Really folks this was totally understandable and forgivable! Gee, chicken can't be that important! People are more important, let's relax! ?
