OUR FAVORITE WAITRESS SHERRY IS THE FREAKING BEST......SHE IS OFF ON MONDAYS SOOOO, WE JUST DON'T GO ON MONDAYS. THE OTHER SERVERS ARE PERSONABLE AS WELL THO ?. ALL OF THE COOKS, INCLUDING THE OWNER PATTY, ARE AMAZING & ALWAYS QUITE PATIENT WITH OUR USUALLY VERY SPECIFIC, COMPLEX & LENGTHY ORDERS......AND ALWAYS PREPARED PRECISELY AS REQUESTED. OF COURSE WE ARE ALWAYS SURE TO TIP THEM ALL VERY, VERY WELL!! PATTY RUNS A GREAT PLACE PEOPLE! CHECK THEM OUT, TELL THEM CHERYL & RENEE* SENT YA! ?

Great Tasting Food. A real American small town atmosphere. A friendly smile Everytime I walk through the door, and plenty of creamer for my coffee. Definitely Top notch Topeka.

They're food is do good. Large quantity at an affordable price. Small quite cafe. The staff is a little strange and you have to go up to the counter for refills. I would have rated 5 stars but it takes a really long time to get the food.

This was our first visit. It was okay, definitely a dive restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. The decor is in disarray, lights needed replaced, walls painted, etc - total dive feel. But we went for the food, so the decor didn't weigh in all that much. They have a simple menu with plenty to choose from. I ended up piece-mealing my breakfast together; two french toast, sausage, and hash browns. The French toast was a disappointment with it being dry on the inside, very little egg on the outside and absolutely flavorless but the sausage was pretty good and the hash browns were tasty. The coffee was better than average but we are coffee snobs, so that probably doesn't count for too much either. Overall, I think this place could really be a gem if they'd add a few specialty items to the menu and clean it up to appeal to the masses more.
