“This is about the only place to have a vegan and gluten free pizza in Topeka, KS. Three out of the five times we've gone the service was lousy and I even had an employee get angry about making my pizza. We decided to try one more time. I was skeptical but hungry. It had been a long week and my spouse and I really wanted their pizza. It's good. They have Daiya vegan cheeze. The ingredients for the pizza are usually fresh. They turn their product over pretty fast so it doesn't sit in the pan getting soggy. We came in behind a huge rush of soccer kids and their parents. And even though they had just finished feeding lots of people, I was greeted with a smile and asked what I wanted. We got friendly service and a happy worker. I spotted the employee who had caused problems on my last visit, but he was running ovens and wasn't aware that it was me. What I like about Pie Five is that when a gluten free pizza is ordered they change their gloves, clean all the counters and call it out for the other end of the oven. They work hard at not having cross contamination. There aren't very many companies that take this kind of precaution. We paid for our meal and sat down and enjoyed a piping hot and pretty pizza. My faith has been restored that I can find decent pizza in the Heartland! And that I can visit this pizza parlor again.”

“Newer Panda modern seating and setup. All panda switched from Pepsi to Coke products. Unfortunately no Diet Dr Pepper, only regular Dr P (yuck). This Panda is on the end of a strip Mall, so no drive through. Busy and friendly, usually a line during busy hours. 2 TVs on the walls. Sitting here during a lunch rush, booths are clean, floor is clean, very nice”

“Right next to the Red Lobster in Topeka, KS is the Olive Garden... We walked over there to hopefully have time to get a to go order after being rudely rejected by Red Lobster... They Olive Garden was not only open, but opened until 11pm, and we had time to sit and eat! Absolutely everyone and everything was great. Go to Olive Garden guys!! They care about it being a Saturday night and serving people with an open door, nice attitudes and great food for less money! Olive garden rocks! Oh and we explained the issues with the rudeness at Red Lobster... They said they have heard it more than a few times lately.. So we are not the only ones!”
