“When we travel, we prefer to patronize local restaurants instead of chains. With the number of reviews online, I had to check this place out. Went for takeout and it was packed. Good sign. The first waitress I spoke to informed me I could “mosey on up to the bar” to place my order. She helped to place my order and recommend some great local (Hayes, KS) brews to try while I waited. Just burgers to go, but juicy and full of flavor. Pleasantly surprised that the fries are hand cut. Tasty! Well worth the visit for dine in or take out!!!”

“Fantastic local place. The guac is made fresh and we ate half of it before I remembered to take the photo. We had the Polo Cancun entrees (shrimp/chicken) one meal was way more than I could eat! Super tasty! The salsa is fresh with a rich tomato flavor and a hint of heat! Will be added to our “stop here for dinner” list on future trips through the area”

“Simply amazing! We each got the $23 ribeye. The potato chip with buffalo seasoning in original and super good! No spice. You can tell this is a local hang out for the older generation. 😆 That says this restaurant is good quality and consistent. We tried bull balls for the first time. 😂 My husband had difficulty getting round what they are. I like them. I can't think of what they remind me of...”

“To dine for…. Homemade with quality, local ingredients we had the most amazing Spanish Omelette, Biscuits and Gravy, and Cedar Stack - and yes we had dessert for breakfast and enjoyed a hearty slice of mom’s carrot cake. You will get greeted by the friendly dogs, it’s a whole experience It was a wonderful atmosphere, went on a Sunday morning with my two friends and it gave us the experience to slow down and enjoy life. It was a wonderful addition to our beautiful day. Will be back for breakfast again and back to try the lunch menu!”
