1889 Pizza Napoletana

Excellent authentic pizza. The options are endless and the classics are easy to go options as well. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. Not the cheapest, but some of the best pizza I have had in midtown KC.

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this great place. Well we had a tremendous evening and the venue was no doubt the reason for that fruitful gathering. The team cooperated in a gorgeous style, the meals were delicious and my guests were very thrilled. We shall definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

I absolutely LOVE 1889 Pizza Napoletana! I enjoy their very diverse options for pizza, from their quintessential margherita pizza to the Verdura (Italian vegetables with almond slices), it is all wonderful! I crave their red sauce on the weekends when only a pizza from 1889 will hit the spot for everyone in the family. Their dining room is intimate but can fit a large group. It's a family run business and they make you feel like their honored guest. Can't say enough, this is my family's go-to restaurant!

Great service and delicious pizza. My only complaint was that my pizza was lacking in cheese a tiny bit (not enough to not give 5 stars!) but my husband's pizza was PERFECT! Great atmosphere and we will definitely be back.
