Absolutely delicious and ur orange cream shakes r the best

Arby's isn't as nice a place as it once was. The wait time, whether drive thru or dining room, is much longer than it should be. The sandwiches are prepared sloppily and half the time it isn't fresh. I've worked in fast food and its not an easy job but it should still be done correctly.

The food was good. I got a roast beef slider without the bun. They were very nice about putting it in a bowl for me.

The food was good, the floor was clean, and so we're the tables. The cashier could not run the cash register or give change. The condiment plungers we're not working. Other than that, a good experience.

Good food, poor service. Every trip through the drive through I have had to pull forward and wait. Most times 25-30 minutes. This time I watched 4 cars pull up and wait behind me, then get their order and pull out. My order was two sliders, nothing else. However I finally walked inside to be told my order was skipped. I understand how this can happen every once in a while but this has happened repeatedly to me. I love Arby’s food so I really feel like this is nothing more then untrained employees and poor management. Arby’s owner needs to visit this restaurant and work on their customer service training. Timing is also important in fast food.
