    It was about 10:30, the drive- thru was busy, not much of a crew. Service was rather slow but most pleasant. Three tea dispenser were empty, had to go to the counter to get tea. They needed more help.

    Fast! Food fresh and hot. However you need to make sure when you go to pay total is right they have hard time distinguishing if you are drive through 1 or 2.

    Between SW Virginia and Louisville, Kentucky I have stopped at several McDonald's restaurants (as well as other fast food restaurants) and this restaurant has by far exceeded their customer service! Everyone was very friendly and even though it was very crowded I didn't have to wait a long time! I wish all of the fast food restaurants could learn from them!

    McDonald's was easy in easy out from the interstate. It was nice and clean. It was in upscale type of restaurant more modern. Service was prompt the server was congenial and did a nice job. I had an order pancakes and a cup of coffee. Everything was very good.
