    Best place close to the Middlesboro ARH Hospital. Typical fast food. One bad note: in order to get salt and/or pepper you have to ask at the counter, then they give you far more than you need. Why keep it behind the counter and take time away from servers?

    Night shift is wonderful, friendly. The food is always fresh. I would give the day shift 2 stars at the most. We go thru the drive thru and live about 3 blocks away, the fries are soggy like they've been redropped in the fryer, the buns are hard from sitting under a heart lamp and of you complain you are talked down to and not treated well. That's why we only go in the evenings, we get treated wonderfully!
