(July 30, 2019, 5:43 pm)We stopped for a bite to eat after visiting my Grandmother's hometown. We were pleasantly surprised at the menu selection and the quality of food at a Great price! If they weren't 6 hours away We Would eat here often.

We showed with a party of 6 on a Saturday evening and they were prepared for us because we had called ahead. My only complaint was that the acoustics were poor and it was loud making conversation difficult, but that's minor.

(June 22, 2019, 12:43 am)Ordered the Steak Tips with Mushrooms and Grilled Veggies - highly recommend. Wishing I had more reasons to visit Tennessee again but if I ever do, and come back here, I will be ordering this again. Service was very warm and friendly. Great visit.

(May 2, 2019, 1:20 am)Had a great night with my table of 12! Shades is now one of our favorite restaurants. The food was phenomenal and Jackie did such a wonderful job. She was responsive to all our needs and has a lovely personality. We'll definitely be coming back and requesting her!

(April 28, 2019, 7:40 pm)One of the best steaks you'll ever eat. Great service. Even when they're very busy it's still attentive service.Salads aren't much but that's nitpicking. Meats and sides are great. Hot Bread is terrific. Desserts are outstanding. Prices are high but you get what you pay for and more when compared to similar places. Cannot wait to go again and take more friends and family.
