“Great state park accommodations with a rustic feel. It was a great place to rest after a day long meeting, with views and access to hiking trails. There's even an on site restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other amenities include a pool, ping pong, corn hole and tennis courts. If that's not enough to entertain the kids, the park also has paddle boats and miniature golf.”

“I think that they try really hard, even if your order is not 100% percent correct they always are accountable for there mistakes and try to Make it right. I’m not from Carroll county I just recently moved here but I’ve noticed there has always been a lot of bad animosity toward this restaurant and people are way to harsh toward them. They genuinely have good food and typically friendly people working the register. Truthfully this town is filled with Junkies and Grouchy Elderly that are continuously complaining because it’s such a small town and they feel there opinion is heard. I give them 5 stars because the presence when you walk in and look back behind the counter is not filled with the bad animosity and it staring to look a lot cleaner. Keep up the hard work and don’t let these people try and bring you guys down.”

“This is a quaint little place with an excellent atmosphere and great food . during the summer one can choose to sit inside or outside as they please. I always eat the jambalaya or seafood Trio as they are well prepared and with large portions. If you like cake and dessert they have one of the best selections going. They also have a good selection of beers. If you are visiting Carrollton or down for a boating trip please stop by this restaurant. They're fine service shows that they appreciate your business.”
