“13 of Our congregation went to lunch here. We were an unexpected crowd with a variety of food and drink preferences. Our waitress and the cook took care of us and their regulars with kindness and patience. Several of us ordered the breakfast burger, we all received exactly what we ordered (each of us with a different type of fried egg). The potatoes were crispy. The French fries had seasoned salt, for some of us it wasn't to our liking but some loved it. They were out of the regular chicken sandwich so the Chef took a chicken breast and created a wonderful fried chicken sandwich. One person purchase the strawberry cake and loved it. I loved the burger, it tasted just like home. We'll be back!”

“Our eating there was an early Friday visit. I surprised my wife by pulling up and saying, let's see if the grill is hot. She and I both LOVE Japanese cooking. It was our first visit, and it was grand! The service was quick and they made sure all was to our liking. The cook was good at his skills though not as entertaining as some others were that night. But there were only 2 couples at our table, which added to the quieter cooking presentation I suppose. But no complaint with his cooking at all. Our steak was tender, cooked perfect. Our scrimp was seasoned and cooked just right... Then all the veggies, rice and noodles you could possibly hold - and 2 carry out boxes as well. I'm really happy they moved to their new Highway 54 spot...a great new excuse to drive to Owensboro! Highly Recommended for your dining enjoyment.”

“First time at Bill's this weekend. We visited with a party of 5. We had reservations and we were immediately seated. The service was very good, the waitstaff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had the Grit balls of fire appetizer and it was excellent. Between the 5 of us we ordered 4 distinct entrees. The consensus among our entire group was that the food was good, but not great. I think the Tomahawk porkchop was probably the dish that was least liked. If was a bit fatty and underdone. I realize now that we should have brought this to our waitress's attention, so I am not including that entree as part of my review. Overall it was an enjoyable dining experience.”

“Absolutely loved dining here! The food was great. We sat in the indoor area that had open walls, although there is indoor and patio seating also. Loved that there was the option to order pizza by the slice so we could try a few different pizzas. The waitress said the dessert pizza was new so I had to try it.it was SO good. It was great for my 2 year old. Very casual and the waitress even had his slice cut into pieces before she brought it out to us (loved that!) My only regret was ordering two slices of pizza (they were huge!) so I probably ate too much!”

“I would have have mellow mushroom a higher rating if the service would have been good. We came in at 1:00 on a Sunday. We ordered only appetizers and a salad. After waiting 30 minutes we asked our server, why it was taking so long. The server said it was really busy and the kitchen was backed up. At this time the restaurant was maybe half full. The manager then came by and talked to us. This guy was having a bad day, I noticed he was at most tables apologizing for the wait. Once we got our food all was well. I got sweet thai wings and they were quit good.”
