Moby Dick Restaurants

The food was good as usual but I can't say the service was very good. Not the service I received but the way the staff treated a couple that had to have been in their 90's. After demanding "another penny" (which I gave to the cashier) he didn't give the couple a receipt. After waiting 30 minutes for their order the gentleman inquired about their order to be told the order was never given to the kitchen to be prepared. At this point I stepped in and ensured the couple received their drinks and food. I found the disrespectful way this couple was treated to be in bad taste and very unprofessional.

Fish was hot and fresh. Went thru the drive thru. The help was good. Thought it was a good value.

We love to grab an authentic fried fish and crisp french fries for an early dinner stop back to Frankfort.

Expensive, un-accommodating to that expense. You pay almost $9 for two pieces of fish, then they want to give you 2 little packets of tartar sauce. You ask for the store sauce and they offer you to buy a bottle. They won't let you get it from their counter pump to go (with a lid). A very small slaw is $2. The fish IS good but packaging to go is very wet and messy.

Great food and friendly staff. I'm fairly new to Louisville and have been going here on fridays for Lent. I'm sure I'll make it a place my family will visit year round
