Enjoyed a great dinner with a group for the Derby. Service, food, wine were all great.

Food was very good and while service was a bit slow tonight we appreciate the waiter and owner for taking time to address this. We will return and recommend it to others

We had the cheese and meat board as an appetizer for the table. All of the selections were flavorful. Ihad the pork chop as a main and raspberry waffle ice cream sandwich for desert. Both were delicious. For the pork chop, I'd suggest you get it medium rare as the kitchen had a tendency to over cook the meats. The desert was nice and refreshing.

We wanted to try some place new and different. We did a search for Louisville restaurants and read the reviews. So, we decided to try La Chasse. We had a early reservation which started out very quiet but near the end of the meal the place was lively. The food was an excellent choice of French foods however there was a great amount of hot spice to the food. I know it is French-Spanish fusion however traditional Spanish food is "well seasoned", not spicy! We were very pleased with the food and wine choices. The service was awesome! If you could cut the heat on the food and make it well season it would be even more great!
