This is a ridiculously ambitious restaurant. I've eaten here several times and have had mixed experiences. But it's beloved for a reason. Any and everybody can find something to eat on their massive menu. Strong recommend for picky eaters or those with a very specific diet.

Down to earth place with a great and eclectic selection of food. The carnivore and vegetarian can enjoy this place alike. It's a large venue with lots of distinct spaces and an old-timey Eurasia feel. Loved the service, and of course the food was great. I had the seared tuna with wilted spinach. Would do again.

Great service today for a group of 25 people for dinner. Everybody got their food hot and orders were correct. Friendly service and lots of options for vegan/vegetarian diets and avoiding allergens. Plus lots and lots for omnivores.

The food was great, tho huge portions, with lots of choices. The staff were wonderful, we didn't want for a thing. The building was old and wandering with book shelves piled with National Geographics. Extensive bar, (2 pages of bourbons!). Has outdoor, semi outdoor, and inside seating. We will return so we can work out way through the menu.

Second visit, best part of this restaurant is that there are a variety of cuisines on the menu. So far liked all of the entrees tried - Thai style noodles, falafel wrap, Egyptian platter and Cuban burrito. Quite convenient as it's open until late night (especially on the weekends). One things that appeals a lot to me is the dessert - plantain fries with whipped cream, heavenly (and a bit heavy! ;)) Friendly staff and multicultural interiors, would prefer it to be better lit, although not too dark. Overall, a satisfying meal go-to.
