The workers are always friendly, however, there seems to be a problem with their training; when you order a hot sandwich (like sweet onion chicken teriyaki), the kids working there don't seem to realize that the toaster oven doesn't actually warm the meat on the sandwich. They have a microwave for meats sitting right next, but never see them use it unless you order your bread untoasted. I've ordered this sandwich a few times now, and each time with toasted bread, the meat has been ice-cold - I usually have to take it home and put in my own microwave to warm up the chicken. Please train your staff better; they have the professional courtesy and customer service skills down, but they need to learn better preparation of the product.
