    Soft opening tonight. The former church sanctuary is incredibly beautiful-especially with the evening light shining through the stained glass- and decorated perfectly. Very impressed with execution for a soft opening. Our server was well informed and attentive without being smothering. Fresh blackberry and cantaloupe margaritas were delicious (I’m a tequila hater and loved both), but back in my wheel house Mi Mejor Amigo, made with Old Forester Rye was one of my favorite cocktails ever. The spice rub on the smoked wings and brisket is insanely good. We enjoyed everything we ordered, from the first bites of smoky salsa and guac to the leftovers on the couch as we watched the Bachelorette right after dinner. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!

    Went to the soft opening tonight and the food was fantastic!! There are definitely some service snags to work out and those will take time but the food and the margaritas were delightful! Oh and a shout out to the salsa...what a great flavor.

    Amazing barbeque with a Hispanic influence. The smoked wings had a lot of flavor and were served with an incredible BBQ sauce. The ribs fell right off the bone and were seasoned perfectly with a unique spicy and Spanish blend. Our server, was very friendly and attentive, I wish I caught her name bc she was really nice and knew the menu well. Her recommendations were great. Try the Mi Mejor Amigo drink, it's made with fresh blackberries and rye.

    Niche Mexican BBQ is gonna be the go to place in Louisville for Authentic Mexican BBQ cool people awesome atmosphere clean and great service
