I thoroughly enjoyed reading the menu! Very clever stuff. The food was delicious! We saw the show , the Pixar Roast, and it was wonderfully funny! I will definitely be back!

A unique hole-in-the-wall that has a theatre as well as a stage. Tasty food and good beer selections. It’s a place that’s always welcoming and easy to be a regular. The menu is filled with Shakespearean puns, I recommend the King Slawdius.

Great bar, great food, and the staff couldn't be much better! Small shows in the upstairs, Louisville Jazz Society has music in the little room on the main level about once a month~~that's well worth checking out, too! Would highly recommend!

I have been going to the Bardstown for over six years now. The plays at the theater are hilarious and timely. The cast members are funny and highly talented in their craft. The restaurant is good with an ample menu with a little something for everyone. The lastest items tried were the nachos and the hummus plate. Both were very tasty and presented in a really festive fashion. Their drinks are reasonable and with generous pours. Lots of custom cocktails with a great selection of bourbon. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service usually takes a little bit longer than other places as they focus on quality. If going to dinner before a play or show upstairs plan accordingly for the time needed to enjoy your meal prior to going into the theater. Overall a great time and a lot of fun.
