Oskar’s Slider Bar

Place dedicated to sliders?! AWESOME. While all we tried were tasty (see pic of menu below) the Cheeseburger ($3) was verrrrrry good. Like, didn’t need ketchup or sauce good.

So happy we came across this place on our way through Louisville! I did a quick Google search for some of the best burgers in Louisville, and Oskar's definitely delivered. Awesome craft beer selection, friendly and attentive staff, super fast service, and the food was delicious. I got the traditional cheese burger slider, the kale salad, and the fries with the smoked ketchup. The burger was thin, diner-style and nice and crispy (seriously, that's an awesome burger!) and the bun was lightly toasted. The fries were perfectly done, and the salad had the perfect amount of dressing. Can't wait to stop back on our next trip!

Excellent variety and quality sliders. The venison sausage slider is particularly good. Beer menu is expansive and everything is relatively low priced. Bartenders were knowledgeable and personal. Will definitely be returning.

A slider bar is something I've never been to before, but getting recommended this place while I was passing through Louisville was a fantastic idea. I had 6 sliders in total (cheeseburger, fried cod, pot roast, venison sausage, buffalo chicken and lamb), with a side of meatballs and a few local craft beers. Great service, friendly staff and delicious food was what I enjoyed, and I would definitely recommend this as the flavours were all unique, but presented some delicious combinations. The bartender was great to chat with as well!

The service is always great. We love the sliders and have tried nearly all of them. There is a great variety. The fries are skinny, hot and perfectly salted. They have a very extensive bar menu, and also many dessert options. It’s so nice having a fun, unique place to hang out.
