We got these loaded fries thing. So good with lots of cheese. then we ordered lunch. Waited no time at all it seemed. Food was delicious. I got the spicy shrimp tacos. Spicy is right but oh so good! “My burger was delicious, but the fries were old and the decor was outdated. Food took about 40 minutes to come out and refills were my timely. The restaurant was steady but not packed. A friend ordered chocolate chip pancakes, but they came out plain and when the server realized it she brought them back to the kitchen. But instead of making new correct pancakes they came out with the same ones with a pile of chocolate chips on there. Decent lunch, and maybe just an off day, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again.”

“Mobile ordered to this store one night thinking they closed at one time, got there to find out that my phone was incorrect and it was actually earlier. I fell super guilty for being that last minute customer but they were super nice about it! All smiles despite what was a kinda awkward situation (I work customer service and miscommunications like that can be really difficult sometimes). “Everybody has a bad day, but yesterday I ordered online and it took quite a bit longer than it said, making it worse was that the order tracker still said they were preparing the food well after it had already been delivered. I went back today because hey, I love Panera, and I didn't get the cream cheese with my bagel (despite it being on the receipt) and the Fuji Apple salad that I got in the morning for lunch later that day came with Caesar salad dressing. Both of these discoveries came after I was already at work for the day. Moral of the story...check your bag before you leave.”

“When 5 Guys is good, most of the time, it is great. Sometimes the bun will be a bit cold. And once in a great while the fries are a bit cool and greasy. Generally it is good. I suppose it's a good place to go if your party wants different food options? The ambiance is nice, but it's always crowded. The waiters are helpful and get your orders correct. The cheesecake is good, not stellar by any means and it's absurd to me that it's basically $8 a slice (which I also found out after the bill came - the price isn't listed on their menus - at least when I checked). I can't justify the variety of flavors for the cost either. No need for me to return.”
