“If i could rate 0, I would! The employee that claimed to be manager in the auntie annes located in the food court wanted to argue, instead of replacing a burnt pretzel and a raw pretzel. It was just ridiculous. Smh they need new management. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. ****About a month later the ACTUAL manager came by our shop and offered about a dozen apology pretzels. We really appreciated the kind gesture.”

“My husband and I go here every now and then. On this dinning out experience, we had a very polite and funny waiter. He was an older gentleman but he was funny. He had my husband and I laughing. And before you now it, our food had arrived. It was really good this time, I'm not saying that other times it's not. It just seemed like we had more and everything was nice and hot. We couldn't eat it all and that's normal whenever we go out we always have a doggie bag. Very good food, very pleasant waiter.”

“Ordered the lean brisket, the meat was smoked just right. Even with it being the lean cut it was still moist and tender. Tried a little bit from the other plates, the pulled pork was as good as the brisket. They had six sauces representing different BBQ sauce styles from around the country, they also had a NC vinegar sop. The Texas style was my favorite. The portions were almost (gasp) too much, but a very good value. Of the BBQ places in Louisville, this is one of my favorites.”
