“Went to Southfork on Friday night. The dining area is rather plain and ordinary. Not so with the food and service. We had just spent a week in South Carolina where I had seafood every day. The shrimp Scampi at Southfork was as good or better than anything on the beach. Vegetables were nicely seasoned, not just dumped out of a can. Loaded potato salad was very good and an unusual item not seen on other menus. Our waitress, Angela, was good...interacted well with the customers. Overall, given its "off the beaten path" location, we were pleasantly surprised and would recommend it.”
