“Amanda's is a great local eatery for breakfast lunch and dinner. The cupcakes are to die for. Especially true for the chocolate espresso flavor with a coffee bean on top. I love that one! But this place is so much more than just another cupcake shop. It's right on Main St. In Historic Downtown Hopkinsville and is a true asset to our community. Amanda is a fantastic chef. My favorites are the family recipe chicken salad sandwiches she makes daily, and the French pressed coffee she makes by the cup for special order. I don't know where she gets her coffee, but it's a great blend and tastes amazing. Options abound when ordering coffee. Her soups are delicious, and she makes a mean banana split. Can't find the picture of the banana split I ate on my birthday, but I will come back and post when it turns up. Many more menu options as well.
